Order of the Oak
Members of our legacy society, Order of the Oak, have expressed their commitment to Elon University through a very special and important form of financial support. These donors have named Elon as the beneficiary of a planned gift through a bequest, life income plan or beneficiary designation.
If you have included Elon in your estate plan, please contact us and let us know. We would like to thank you for your generosity by including you in Order of the Oak and recognizing your gift.
Membership Recognition
Membership involves no dues, obligations, or solicitations, but it does allow us to thank donors and recognize them for their planned gifts, and it may inspire generosity in others.Order of the Oak members are invited to cultural events and special receptions on campus. They receive a lovely Order of the Oak lapel pin to be worn at campus events and Homecoming, and a beautiful historical print of Alamance Building signed by North Carolina artist Jerry Miller. However, the most important benefit members receive from joining Order of the Oak is the satisfaction derived from making a lasting contribution to Elon's long-term success.
